Only 20% of organization services offered electronically

“Despite availability of telecommunication infrastructure, only a small percentage of such services are offered electronically,” Ali Kargozar told Mobna news agency.
“At present, over 90% of Khorasan Province Telecommunication Company services are offered electronically and there is no need now for customers’ presence at telecommunication centers,” he said.
“The banks have been successful in offering electronic services and their customers are quite satisfied,” he added.
