Shortage of MCI prepaid sim cards in telecommunication bureaus

“Most of telecommunication bureaus were not aware of the announced slash of 220,000 rials price of prepaid sim cards,” Abdolmajid Amin told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Lack of sim cards in these bureaus led to provoke bureaus protests to surveillance and controlling organizations,” he added.
“MCI in a meeting with parliament telecommunication committee decided to provide needed sim cards with new price for bureaus,” Amin said.
According to Iran Telecommunication Company MCI prepaid sim card price decreased 220,000 rials and reached to 120,000 rials temporarily.
