Foreign consultant duties in 3rd operator tender finish: telecom official

“Holding third operator tender and selecting tender winner were up to tender foreign consultant till tender is over,” Kamal Mahamedpour told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“Third operator tender is in the final stage so tender consultant duty will be finished,” he said.
“According to decisions any new duties for next stages and the rest of project have not been determined for foreign consultant,” he continued. 
“Foreign consultant presence in next stages depends to Radio Communication and Regulations Organization and relevant commission decisions,” Mahamedpour said. 
Islamic Bank of Dubai had been selected as third operator foreign consultant.
