Site-Sharing launch delay due to uncertain tariff

“A protocol has been signed between first and second operators and Taliya so that they could share each others BTS sites,” Hassan Razavi told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
He said Site-Sharing Company should legally resolve any problem that could arise from such a sharing.
He said the sooner such issues are resolved the sooner such operators could start operation.
In Tehran, there are 2,000 BTS sites belonging to MCI, 500 sites belonging to Irancell and 300 sites belonging to Taliya.
Site-Sharing is a company that has been formed to locate and administer sharable BTS sites.
Each mobile phone operator and Tehran Municipality has a representative on Site-Sharing’s board of directors.
