Mms regulation and laws should be outlined: a telecommunication expert

“For using value added services by prepaid or postpaid sim cards some fundamental solutions should be thought out,” Parliament telecommunication committee prior head Ramezanali Sadeghzade told Mobna news agency.
He believes that prepaid sim cards subscribers and with postpaid one should be able to use value added services such as mms and GPRS.
“Since prepaid sim cards ownership are not outlined often, some solutions should be considered to determine prepaid sim cards real owners,” he said.
These solution should be legal, and sim cards ownership should be outlined so to prosecute mobile phone offenders,” he added.
