Foreign companies` experiences in NGN field were studied

Fourth NGN training workshop was held in cooperation with Nokia and Siemens Networks aimed at familiarizing with NGN challenges and construction and to launch this network.
Since last Iranian year (March 2007) pilot NGN has been launched in three provinces, several foreign telecommunication companies have announced their tendency to take part in NGN special workshops and seminars.
So far Ericsson, Huawei and ZTE companies have participate in telecommunication research centers training workshops and have offered their experiences.
Telecommunication infrastructures and equipments should change in a way tp provide multi media services needs, so NGN networks can be the proper solution.
Iran Telecommunication Company according to an agreement with china ZTE held has held NGN training courses in Isfahan.
