Irancell announced its mms service regulation

Irancell subscribers who want to use mms service should complete a form at Irancell authorized agent offices and respect the contract terms, otherwise in case of violation the subscribers would be prosecuted.
Irancell subscribers should provide his correct address, phone number and personal information. Also he should not use fake names or pseudonym.
In case of reselling sim cards they should act according to the regulation, otherwise they are responsible in case of sim card misuse.
According to this regulation subscribers should not use mms service for commercial, political, cultural and social advertisement. Mms advertisement is available only by having a contract with Irancell.
Also if subscriber does not want to receive advertisement should announce his wish to Irancell.
Also sending anti national security mms, sending others privacy information, sending messages with virus, lurid and threatening messages are forbidden.
