MCI prepaid sim card`s credit to be annulled after a year if not recharged

For 100,000-rial (10 dollars) sim card subscribers who have not recharged their sim cards the connection will remain two-way for 4 months and then turn one-way for two months but the phone number is reserved for the subscriber for the remaining 6 months.
Subscribers may receive their phone bills by typing *140*11# and then pressing the ok button of an ATM.
MCI has 11.5 million prepaid sim card subscribers.
