“Iran Code” affects imported mobile set quality

“A workgroup set up by seven ministries and two government agencies will oversee codification of all commodities and services in the country including imported goods,” Mohammad Towhidi told Mobna news agency.
“The system will make possible tracing of goods across the country, leading to better quality products in future,” he added.
He said such a coding is mandatory for all manufacturers who have until next year (Iranian year March 2010) to adopt the system.
