Consortiums ready to participate in third mobile phone operator tender: official

“۵۲ companies which are telecommunication industry consortium members will convert to private joint-stock company due to their capabilities,” Kamran Majdmanesh said.
“Out of 52 private companies 40 companies are telecommunication equipments manufacturers that their equipments have been used for the Mobile Company of Iran in first operator, Irancell, new infrastructure company and old telecommunication company,” he said.
“So far these 52 companies have done their best and now are inclined towards becoming mobile phone operator,” Majdmanesh added.
“But because of economic situations and difficultyto reach an agreement with a foreign operator leaded consortium has a stop,” he continued.
“We provided our queries about third mobile phone operator tender documents to tender manager and waiting for answer,” he said.
