Mobile Banking reduces banks` expenses: an expert

“Programming and efforts are needed in order to implement mobile banking in Iran. Banks should take advantage of modern technologies to save money and compete in modern banking atmosphere,” an electronic banking expert Farnoud Hasani told Mobna news agency.
“Many banks offer their mobile services only to some of their special (profitable) customers, they do not believe yet that using mobile banking should be in all aspects including marketing, distribution and technology guidelines,” he added.
“Also using mobile banking satisfies customers since they can access their finance transactions with their mobile sets instead of heading to banks,” he said.
“All finance organizations and private and state owned banks should cooperate with each other to provide a background of customers information,” Hasani said.
