Third mobile phone operator tender documents purchase deadline extended

So far only eight domestic and foreign companies have bought the third mobile phone operator tender.
Participants can provide their documents for quality evaluating by Radio Communication and Regulation Organization up to 26 October.
According to the revised version of tender announcement date for providing first stage documents will be on 26 October and date for announcing first stage results will be on 8 November.
Also date for providing proposition packages will be on 29 November and date for opening packages will be on 30 November.
Third operators initial investment is estimated 300 million euros.
This operator will offer 3G services.
