MCI subscribers be aware of roaming in border areas

 Otherwise they are in neighboring country mobile phone operators network coverage and all their calls will be charged in accordance to the international roaming fee.
MCI subscribers should be sure about using Iranian network service before calling, not using a foreign operators network.
Among these border areas are Zabol (in south eastern Sistan-Balouchestan province) and Taybad (in eastern Khorassan Razavi province) towns that Mobile Company of Iran network are likely to be interchanged with a mobile phone operator in Afghanistan.
Also in border areas Iranian Kordestan province is the same issue with the mobile phone operators in the neighboring Iraq and Turkey and Iranian islands in the Persian Gulf with the mobile phone operators in the UAE.
