Lack of computerized billing system resulted in subscribers` loss

It was planned that SaIran will install billing system with 1.1 trillion rials (11 million dollars) but after two years the billing system has not been delivered yet.
However Mobile Company of Iran billing system has been launched manually by domestic experts.
Although this system is reliable but can not perform as an integrated billing system, because in an integrated system, the fee for making calls in different hours is variable and current system can not recognize times and calling tariff is accounted the same.
The ultimate losers are the MCI subscribers.
