General invitation for mobile phone’s 3rd nationwide operator’s license

The license will be granted to eligible companies registered in Iran following an international tender with conditions specified in the tender documents, RCRO announced.
RCRO is the telecommunications ministrys regulatory body which sets out rules and regulation for the telecommunications businesses and authorizes phone operators to function. 
The companies which pass the initial eligibility stage in accordance with the existing criteria could take part.
The invitations will be printed on the Aug 25 issue of Iran Daily and Aug 25 and Aug 26 issues of Resalat newspaper.
Those eligible may obtain the necessary documents from RCRO, in working hours, with valid introductory letters.
