Mobile sets price hike attributed to soaring exchange rate

“Mobile sets prices are increasing in world market due to the raise in the exchange rate price in Dubai, United Arab Emirates,” Keyvan Moghimi told Mobna news agency.
“Most mobile phone vendors in Tehran market refuse to offer mobile sets to the consumers, because they believe that most mobile phone models prices are increasing,” he said.
Meanwhile some mobile phone authorized importers have increased most of their mobile sets prices.
Continuous instabilities in mobile phone market have lead most consumers preferring to buy mobile sets that lack warranties.
According to the authorities 90 percent of imported mobile sets hit the market via illegal means.
