Abbas-Ali Abol-Fazli, in conversation with MOBNA, said that phone bills ending May 21 will be distributed by Post Office from June 21.
He added that such subscribers would then have two weeks to settle their bills.
He warned, however, that if subscribers failed to pay their phone bills their phone lines would become one-way, and after a further warning to those who are in arrears they would be disconnected.
Last week, MTC issued SMS to its subscribers informing them of their phone bills.
The SMS text contained details of postpaid SIM card use during the period Mar 21-May 21, such as SMS texts, local and inter-city calls and debts due.
One of the issues that caused frustration among 1st Operator subscribers has been the late or misplaced phone bills, which analysts believe resulted from poor coordination between MTC and Post Office.
For that reason, Hamraah-e Avval set out to send SMS texts to its subscribers providing them with full call transcripts, for what was termed transparent information, so that they are not subjected to undue line deactivation in future
Hamraah-e Avval has around 17m postpaid SIM card subscribers.
