He believes that bosses tend to employ women because they generally content with less salaries.
He also believed that women’s patience as compared to men’s generally works to their advantage.
Another advantage, he believes, is women’s observation.
Sara Bozorgi, a saleswoman in Tehran mobile market, says her first intention in approaching the market was to find a job but she believes the market has the advantage that one can learn many trades.
However, she believes working in an all-male environment has its drawbacks least of all the men’s traditional language which most of the time is not appealing.
