Telecom shares on TSE as scheduled

Organization, Iran Telecom and Tehran Stock Exchange they finally declared their agreement on issues involved, thus paving the way for the sale of Telecom shares on the TSE on the pre-planned date of June 11.
The sticking issues were Iran Telecom becoming a public company, transfer of Communications Infrastructure assets and the new and real capital of Iran Telecom.
Privatization Organization chief, Heydari Kord-e Zangeneh, announced after the meeting, transmitted by Fars News agency in the early hours of Monday, that all issues had been resolved so that prospective buyers would purchase the shares in full confidence.
He indicated, however, that the letter to the Cabinet has yet to be endorsed.
