۱st Hamraah charge-card sale by Post Office illegal – says union chief

 SIM card charge-cards, in a bid to counter black marketing, will be on sale at prescribed price at Post Office branches across the country, the union of Telecom Service Bureaus chief believes the practice is illegal.
Abdolmajid Amin claims the action will cause chaos at Post Office branches and prevent telecom service bureaus from expansion.
He stressed that, based on ruling by Radio Communication & Regulations Organization, such services could only be offered at telecom service bureaus.
He reminded that the sale is also against article 4 of the Post Office charter.
