Unauthorized companies offering SMS service not detected

Iran have unlawfully opened representation in the country, Mobile Telecommunications network deputy says no such company has been located despite extensive search by the MTC.
Mohammad Hassan Fallah Asghari, in conversation with MOBNA, said all sources affiliated to his company have taken part in the search.
He stressed that MTC could trace such messages by identifying the sender.
In answer to the question: “How could such companies operate in unauthorized SMS message transmission?” he indicated by infiltrating the international network they could penetrate our telecommunication grid and offer their services.
This is amid report that an MTC deputy has recently said that those operators in roaming contract with MTC could, through another contract, offer SMS service in this country.
