“VoIP companies had been required to pay 220 rials per minute which was later cut to 100 rials following their complaint, but somehow the previous rate is still in place causing a loss to such companies,” he said.
The proposal had been approved by RCRO commission on Aug 9 and decreed to Infrastructure Co. on Aug 31.
The implementation of the approval requires finding financial/official solution and making amendment to the contracts between Infrastructure Co. and 3 VoIP contractors, which is currently on IC agenda.
