TCI privatization nearly complete

The largest bourse trading will be carried out on Sep 16 when 50% plus one block shares of TCI at 3400 rials per share and total price of 79 trillion rials will be on offer.
In all, 22,936,827,837 TCI shares will be sold in cash and installment with 20% cash and 80% installment.
So far 20% of TCI shares have been assigned as Justice Share, 5% as selling off on bourse and 5% as TCI staffs share.
TCI is among government companies that have to be privatized soon.
So far, only two consortia, namely: Mobin and Kavir Yazd have applied for the shares and been granted appropriate certificate.
