Government not yet presented ICT comprehensive bill to Parliament

“Fourth Economic Development Plan has obliged ICT Minister to compile the bill and present it to Parliament for final approval,” Ali Asghar Yousefnejad told Mobna news agency.
“The bill has been compiled and is currently under review by the Cabinet but not yet presented to Parliament,” he continued.
“After presenting to Parliament, it will be reviewed by MPs but no date has been set on the final outcome,” he said.
ICT Ministry authorities had anticipated earlier that the bill would be presented to Parliament around May 15.
