Pishgaman Kavir Yazd technical cooperation of with TCI new shareholders

“Tose’eh Etemad Mobin and Pishgaman Kavir Yazd consortia had negotiation over the sale of TCI shares,” Mostafa Sajadi told Mobna news agency.
“TCI share ownership in partnership with Tose’eh Etemad Mobin has legal limitation since Pishgaman Kavir is a cooperative company,” he said.
“Executive and technical cooperation has been agreed upon by the two parties, but in the case of share purchase some studies have to be done,” he added.
Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium has purchased 50% plus one TCI shares in a tender.
