Private sector could purchase some of Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium shares

“Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium share underwriting announcement could help much to boost telecommunication privatization atmosphere. Companies could form a consortium to buy some part of Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium,” Ali Motahhari told Mobna news agency.
“Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium, as Telecommunication Company of Iran block share buyer, should create a competitive atmosphere in this field,” he said.
Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium purchased 50% plus one shares of TCI and later announced it would underwrite the remaining shares in a month.
The consortium is required to pay 20% of TCI share purchase sum to the Treasury.
