Parliament article-44 committee report on TCI privatization by Oct 20

“The report will cover privatization process in general but with special attention to MCI privatization,” Hamid-Reza Fouladgar told Mobna news agency.
“The concept of partially state-owned organizations acquiring a state company has been discussed by the committee and that is not against the law,” he added.
On the issue of Mobin Etemad Development Consortium acquiring 50% plus one TCI shares on bourse, he said the Minister of Economic Affairs and the head of Privatization Organization have been called to Parliament to answer some questions.
The trade was the biggest in bourse’s history but brought many objections from MPs and experts.
