No serious action on authorized mobile import

“The current mobile sets on market are mainly smuggled ones and with this situation, mobile set legal import seems all but stopped,” Hamid-Reza Monji told Mobna news agency.
“There is no official or clear figure on mobile import by authorized companies and that somehow shows that some companies are acting illegally,” he said.
“Most authorized companies do not import their commodities through Customs, indicating that nearly all mobile sets are in fact smuggled,” he added.
