Etisalat became definite winner of third mobile phone operator tender

Radio Communication and Regulations Organization announced that following the meeting to open C packages (price) of third operator tender participants and on based on the tender commissions evaluations, best proposition has been for Tamin Etisalat consortium.  
The report adds that Etisalat consortium has determined as tender winner and on the base of tender situation the winner was announced on Monday January 12.
