MCI prepaid sim card’s GPRS and mms launched

Such subscribers may apply from tomorrow for GPRS by logging on to company’s website.
They may also apply for its mms at any telecom service bureau.
The services have been launched for subscribers in Tehran and 10 provincial centers, namely: Mashed, Shiraz, Semnan, Ardebil, Ghazvin, Zanjan, Hemadan, Gorgan, Rasht and Sanandaj.
MCI post- and prepaid subscribers in Guilan and Mazandaran provinces and in Isfahan, Ahvaz, Bandar Abbass, Tabriz, Zahedan, and Chabahar will be able to use its GPRS and mms from next week.
The tariff on GPRS is 15 rials for 1kb during daytime and 4 rials during the night.
The tariff on mms, however, is 1,000 rials for 100kb.
