Declining MCI prepaid sim card price is temporary: official

“According to MCI decision currently 340,000 rials prepaid sim cards are distributed with 120,000 rials price,” Saber Feizi told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
“This price decrease is implemented between Eid al-Ghadir (December 17, a Shiite celeberation) and January 31, the day the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini returned to the country,” he added.
“Currently Telecommunication Company Complex has not made any decision about decreasing call fee,” Feizi said. 
“Permanent sale of prepaid sim cards with 120,000 rials price depends on subscribers welcome and MCI next decisions,” he said.
The 0919 prepaid sim cards are distributed on demand.
