Mobile users’ complaints to be reviewed

“Such users should make their complaints to audio/visual or telecom equipments unions for investigation,” Jalaleddin Mohammad Shokrieh told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
He said those in other cities should refer to relevant guilds.
He said the concept of a mobile handset guild has not been defined, and he did not believe such guild was necessary.
He said the Guilds Council did not establish a guild for products, and those who claim that mobile set users are over 45m should bear in mind that the users of equipments such as radio, television or fridge have long passed the mark.
