Decreasing mobile set import tariff ruins all investments: an economic expert

“According to last decree on mobile set import tariff, it stood at 25 percent and there is not any news on decreasing to 15 percent yet,” a university professor Mohammad Tohidi told Mobna news agency. 
“Decreasing mobile set import tariff to 15 percent and stopping mobile set production will lead to manufacturers not trusting industry ministry promises,” he said.
Mobile set production started when Alireza Tahmasbi became mines and industries minister, but in past three years mobile set production has faced many difficulties and investments have not witnessed any  profit.
