Operator tender envelope “C” to be opened on mid-December

The last day to submit completed tender documents by the participating companies had been shifted from November 3 to November 17.
The result of the preliminary revision of tender documents and the full text of third operator license will be announced on November 22, and the participating companies will have until December 6 to submit envelopes A, B and C.
The third countrywide mobile phone operator project manager did not elaborate on envelops A, B and C.
