Old MCI sim cards should be changed: MCI official

“Advanced sim cards with new technology are needed to use GPRS services,” MCI public relations head Abasali Abolfazli told Mobna news agency.
“The technology of old sim cards which were sold in 1994 were limited. However some owners of those sim cards have already changed their sim cards for some reasons,” he added. 
“Only few MCI subscribers use those old sim cards and MCI is aware of them,” he said.
“As soon as MCI announces launching of GPRS it will inform those who need to change their sim cards via sms,” Abolfazli said.
“Subscribers can go to MCI telecommunication service bureaus and change their sim cards free of charge,” he said.
