Third mobile phone operator tender documents to go on sale in September

Applicants who want to participate in the third mobile phone operator tender should deliver their documents for quality evaluation to the Radio Communication and Regulation Organization.
RCRO is the telecommunications ministrys regulatory body which sets framework of operations and issuance of licenses.
According to the timed schedule from RCRO first stages results will be announced on 30 November and the qualified firms will enter the second stage.
The deadline for companies being accepted in second stage to deliver their proposal packages is 11 January.
It should be said that studying proposals of third mobile phone operator tender foreign applicants will be done in two separate stages, the first stage being the technical and quality evaluation.
In second stage their financial and non technical features will be studied.
