TCI to undergo structure and management change after privatization

“Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium are making structure and management changes with the help of major international operators and domestic consultants with a maximum use of Telecommunication Company of Iran license capacities in developing basic and value-added services,” Ali-Reza Modarres Khiabani said.
“Supporting TCI small shareholders through fixing share prices on market and increasing revenue and distributable annual profit are among other programs of the consortium,” he added.
۵۰ percent plus one share of TCI was sold to Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium on bourse on Sep 27.
