“Telecommunication devices and accessories vendors union has only permission to issue mobile set repair certificate and not sale certificate,” Ebrahim Dorosti told Mobna new agency.
“All mobile set vendors’ licenses have been issued by the electronic devices union and licenses by other union are invalid,” he added.
