MCI 0910 sim card was not welcomed by public

According to a report in Mobile magazine monthly, informal figures show that so far 100,000 such sim cards have been presented on the market but their sale with respect to other prepaid sim cards has been very low.
Retailers believe with all kinds of prepaid sim cards on offer on the market, buyers are less inclined to purchase the new 1,500,000-rial sim card.
The sim card has an initial 200,000-rial credit which is extendable to 500,000 rials and requires a further 2,000,000-rial credit if the user intends to link to international roaming service.
It seems the sim card is similar to MCI 091 postpaid except that the subscriber pays an initial 1,500,000-rial charge towards subscription and services.
