TCI to gain 1.9 billion dollars by March 2009: Telecom minister

“However telecommunication company profit in 2005 was three trillion rials (300 million dollars),” Mohammad Soleimani said.
“Currently mobile phone penetration rate is 41 million numbers,” Soleimani added.
“There is enough ability in mobile phone development and management and 1.5 million sim cards can be distributed monthly,” he said.
“So far 22,000 mobile phone centers have been launched in country,” he elaborated.
“Iranian people send 80 million sms daily,” he said.
