Domestic mobile set producers cooperate with domestic operators: an expert

“In all countries mobile set producers have extensive cooperation with mobile phone operators. In most countries with sold sim cards a mobile set is offered with cheap price,” Mohammad-gholi Yousefi told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna). 
“If domestic producers fail to produce the needed sets, then foreign mobile set brands will own possess more market share. 85 percent of world mobile phones are owned by five well-known brands, this shows that well-known brands do not let other brands to compete with them and they will share Iran market among themselves,” he added.
“The hike in production is up to mines and industry ministry but it requires cooperation of different sectors such as custom, commerce ministry, commodities anti smuggling organization and Telecommunication Company of Iran,” Yousefi said.
“In order to help domestic production all experts in this industry should cooperate,” he said.
