Deadline to provide 3rd operator tender documents extended by 19 November

“Documents buyers can provide their documents by 19 November and it is not extendable at the moment,” Radio Communication and Regulation Organization public relations head Mohammad-reza Farnaghizad told Irans mobile news agency (Mobna).
Meanwhile RCRO added two terms to third operator tender holding situation to revise shareholders from, deadline to select foreign partner and providing evaluation documents.
According to the tender conditions domestic companies should have 51 percent shares in third operator and the deadline for domestic partners to determine their foreign partner is up to time for providing A, B and C packages.
Also foreign investors shares should be maximum 49 percent and should be in cooperation with domestic investors which have 51 percent shares of third operator.
Foreign partner should have at least 10 percent shares and it should have three million subscribers in other countries.
