“Since the service is in pilot phase it is only active from 23:00 to 08:00,” Mohammad-hosein Fallah Asghari MCI network management and surveillance deputy said.
“MCI is trying to develop new services. Equipments which is planned to be used in MCI network have been bought and need an overall revision,” he added.
“MCI plans to expand mobile phone coverage nationwide,” he said.
